program, operated by Schneider Insight Group LLC, Redmond, Oregon, United States.

- Phone Numbers: Mobile phone numbers of family members enrolled via the opt-in form
- Names: First names for personalized messages
- Consent Records: Timestamp, IP address, and form submission data documenting your opt-in consent
- Task Data: Information about assigned household tasks and chores
- Response Data: SMS/MMS replies indicating task completion or questions
Information Automatically Collected:
- Message timestamps and delivery status
- Task completion timestamps
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Sending automated task reminders and SMS notifications
- Processing and tracking task completion responses
- Managing household task schedules and assignments
- Maintaining opt-in/opt-out consent records as required by applicable law
- Responding to HELP requests and technical support inquiries
- Improving system functionality and reliability
5. Data Sharing and SMS Opt-In Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing
or promotional purposes. Limited information sharing may occur only in these circumstances:

Infrastructure Providers: AWS services are used solely for messaging
delivery and data storage. AWS does not use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile Carriers: Your phone number is transmitted to US mobile carriers
(AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) solely to deliver SMS messages you have consented
to receive.

Legal Requirements: If required by law or valid legal process.
Important — SMS Opt-In Data: The above data sharing provisions
exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be
shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent
data to outside parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure:
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Access is restricted to authorized household administrators only
- We implement industry-standard security practices
- Data is stored in AWS data centers with enterprise-grade security
7. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary for system operation:
- Active task data: Retained while tasks are pending
- Completed task history: Retained for household record-keeping (deleted upon request)
- Phone numbers and consent records: Retained while enrolled; deleted upon request after opt-out
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your information:
- Opt-Out of SMS: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
- Access: Request to view your stored information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data including phone number and consent records
- Correction: Request updates to inaccurate information

9. Children's Privacy
This system is designed for family use and may include minor household members.
Parents and guardians control enrollment and manage information for all family members,
including minors. Minors are not enrolled without parental/guardian consent.
10. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to SMS/MMS communications.
We are not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated
to enrolled participants via the messaging system or email before taking effect.
Continued participation in the program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
