3. Program Description

An automated SMS/MMS-based household task and chore reminder system operated by Schneider Insight Group LLC. The system sends scheduled text message reminders to enrolled family members about assigned household tasks and receives reply confirmations when tasks are completed.

4. How to Enroll (Opt-In)

Enrollment requires explicit written consent via the web-based opt-in form at schneiderinsightgroup.com/optin.html. To enroll, a participant must:

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on assigned tasks. You will receive up to 5 messages per day. Typical message types include task assignment notifications, reminder messages for pending tasks, completion confirmations, and system status updates.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages you receive depends on your assigned tasks. Standard carrier messaging charges apply to all sent and received messages. Schneider Insight Group LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending you messages. After you send "STOP" we will send you one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Your STOP confirmation message will be:

9. Supported Carriers

This service is available to subscribers of major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier availability may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Acceptable Use

This system is intended for legitimate household task management only. Misuse of the system may result in suspension of messaging privileges.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Enrolled participants will be notified of significant changes via the messaging system or email prior to changes taking effect.
